Samuel Sigrist became Chief Executive Officer of SIG at the beginning of 2021, having already been a member of the Group Executive Board for seven years. Samuel Sigrist joined SIG in 2005 and initially worked in various roles in finance and corporate development. From 2013 to 2017, he was President & General Manager for Europe, the company's largest region. In 2017, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and at the same time took over as Chairman of the joint venture in the Middle East. Samuel started his career in management consulting. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and a Global Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. Samuel is also a certified public accountant.
