§Nikhil has over 20 years of corporate finance and private equity experience specialising in buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, debt and equity fund raise, restructuring and business valuations.   He has worked as a Senior Director with a regional private equity firm managing the food and beverage platform and as an Associate Director with a  Big 4 firm in the UAE. Nikhil has experience advising family offices, private equity firms, corporates, and multi-national companies across a range of sectors including Food and Beverage, Entertainment, Education, Healthcare, Retail and Real Estate/ Building Materials.  Nikhil has been actively involved in advising clients in the food and beverage sector on the buy-side transaction support, financial due diligence on food manufacturing, retail services business, egg production, aqua culture, advising clients in the fresh produce business and agriculture.  He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an MBA
