I am a passionate R&D professional with an experience that spans different industries, between home care (Procter and Gamble), dairy (Danone), tomato ketchup/condiments (Kraft Heinz) and recently the world of snacking (Mondelez). My experience also includes HR where I lead the people function in Kraft Heinz for around two years, to enrich and sharpen my people skills to become a better equipped leader.
A personal passion of mine is spreading awareness and talking to the younger generations (especially women) in universities about the importance, the opportunities and the excitement that exists in the world of R&D in FMCG, to build future generations of R&D women leaders in the middle east.
