Matthias Moser holds a doctorate in chemistry and has more than 20 years' experience in the international food industry. In 2015 he started as Managing Director in the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe and today bears responsibility for the entire Food Ingredients Division with its companies DeutscheBack, Hydrosol, Mühlenchemie, ObrichtArom, Sternchemie, SternEnzym and SternVitamin. With the founding of Planteneers, which emerged as a spin-off from Hydrosol's plant-based unit in 2020, he set new trends in the booming market for plant-based alternative products.
