ENG. Lamiss Al-Dabbas, has a Jordanian nationality, currently working as the Deputy General Manager at Chocolate Lake Co. Holding a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Jordan on 1998. My career began as a Purchasing Engineer at VAPCO; which produces veterinary and agricultural products. Then changed my career path to the food industry by joining W. Finan & Co. as a Technical Support Manager. W. Finan & Co. is an agent and distributor for numerous international companies specializing in food industry ingredients, including Danisco (DuPont), Firmenich, and FrieslandCampina and many others worldwide, spent 16 years. Later moved to Al Bateel Co., part of Mahmoud Khader Group, as R&D Manager for one year. During this time, worked closely with Mr. Ahmad Khader on the Chocolate Lake Co. project in the role of Project Manager. Officially joined Chocolate Lake Co. in April 2017 and brings with me a total of 25 years of experience in food technology.
