Anne Palermo, CEO & Co-Founder is a serial entrepreneur, board member and consultant/advisor to the foodtech and alternative protein industries as well as the co-founder and CEO of an exciting new startup currently in stealth mode. Anne’s expertise is sought out globally by clients ranging from startups to corporations. Her focus is helping her clients to identify white space and implement strategy to capture additional market share. Prior to her current role she co-founded AQUA Cultured Foods and led the team through multiple rounds of fundraising. She developed the company’s proprietary technology and is the principal inventor on 2 granted patents and 14 currently pending patents. She is a guest lecturer in the intersection of sustainability and the law at Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law.
