sarl3e is the export division of Biovitec, a French producer of meat starter cultures and Les Laboratoires français, a French producer of dairy starter cultures.
We have been exporting our starter cultures since 2005 in many countries in Western and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.
For the meat industry, we are able to offer you maturation cultures for various applications, from dry sausages to dry pieces of meat, as well as bioprotection for fresh sausages and ground meat, and covering cultures (Penicillium).
For the dairy industry, we have a strong expertise in fermented milk products and cheese: set yoghurt, stirred yoghurt, labneh, cream cheese, kefir, kashkaval and white cheese in particular, as well as in bioprotection.
We also represent on export markets the French producer of animal rennets Laboratoires ABIA.
Our cultures and rennets are halal certified.
