Büyük Hekimoğulları Gıda A.Ş. which was founded in 1985 by Adnan Hekimoğlu. The factory in Konya, the oldest agricultural city in the world with a history of about ten thousand years is in Turkey's most important agricultural location for flour products. Our factory, which started to produce flour according to the type of bakery product 5 years after the start of its activities, took its place among the "Top 500 largest industrial enterprises of Turkey" published by ISO only 10 years later. By adding the Istanbul regional office to our operation field in Konya in the same year, we delivered more than 25 different products that we produced, first to the national and then to the global markets. Today, we have a production capacity of 900 tons of flour per day with our production standards that have ISO; 18001:2007, 22000-2005, 9001:2008, 14001:2004, HACCP, TSE; 4500 quality and Halal certificates.
