Our silicone mould belts are custom-made for the continuous production of products. Silicone moulds are made according to customer's patterns and are coated onto the conveyor belt support fabric. Liquid masses are poured into the recesses. The product harden whilst the belt is running and detach themselves from the conveyor belt during the turning process. The coating corresponds to BGA and FDA directives.
