HTST Pasteurizer
Pasteurization consists of submitting milk or other liquid foods to a thermal shock which destroys a great part of its bacterias.
This process allows to increase the shelf life of pasteurized products.
Our pasteurizer is composed of:
balance tank, centrifugal pump, in-line filter, electromagnetic flow meter, pressure differential control, plate or tubular heat exchanger, holder, flow diversion valves, set of valves, hot water preparation and circulation unit. cooling water unit, cip on board, stainless steel control panel and stainless steel skid.
