GMO FREE MALTODEXTRIN
Maltodextrin is a polysaccharide that is used as a food additive. GMO free Maltodextrin range (i.e. 10 DE to 18 DE). This product is free from GMO, Gluten and allergens. This product may be produced from both Organic and Conventional Rice Varieties. Maltodextrin is being produced by hydrolysis of rice to in presence of natural enzymes that break down starches and turn them into poly saccharides, then filtering out the impurities and evaporating excess water to make thick syrup which further goes into spray dryer to become white crystalline solids.Functional Benefits:· HALAL and Kosher Certified· Suitable for vegan diet· Allergen Free and easy digestibility· Maintains its own basic functionality as a thickener or filler to increase the volume of a processed food· It is available in all our existing multiple variants (i.e. 10 DE-18 DE)· Used as preservative that increases the shelf life of packaged foods
