ANALOGUE MOZZARELLA COOKER
Line for the production of analogue mozzarella with different capacities. It is suitable for stretching pizza cheese by using as raw material, powders as rennet casein, starch and vegetable or animal fat.The line is composed of a LAB 18 steam cooker-stretcher and a Semi-automatic moulding machine LAB 21 for the production of blocks with different shapes and size, cooling & brining vat and packaging machine.
