Complete Puck Line for Cosmetics (Hot Fill Stick Deodorant) at 300 bottles per minute. The complete scope of the project included:

Bottom and Top Filling (Hot)
Cooling
Snap-on Capping
De-pucking
Automated puck management system
This Deodorant and Antiperspirant Puck Line was actually a multi-product line, combining different products of different nature (Alcohol based Deodorants and Antiperspirants) in the same line with three different bottle sizes and three different puck formats.
Puck handling was fully automated. One of the Customer priorities was to avoid the manipulation pf pucks, so nobody touch any single puck in the whole process, including the change over and stockage of the different pucks.
